Annotated Bibliography: Medical errors are a serious problem in the United States. All of the articles that I have read prove that. Over 98,000 people die every year from medical errors; that's a pretty sad fact to face.Doctors and nurses should pay more attention to what they are doing so none of these deaths even happen. Why do we just let these medical errors happen right under our noses? Why don't we speak up and do something about it? These are very important questions that we people need to know and we need to know now.
